State Rep. Rylee Linting, of Grosse Ile, today announced that her Lansing office is officially open and she is ready to get to work. Linting is opening an office to help the people of Downriver find critical services, share their concerns on important issues and get assistance with state government programs.

Linting was sworn in on Wednesday for her first term in the state Legislature, representing the people of the 27th state House district in Wayne County. The 27th District includes Gibraltar, Grosse Ile Township, Riverview, Trenton, Wyandotte and part of the city of Southgate.

“I ran for office so that I could serve the people of my community, hold our government accountable, and make life a little easier for everyone in Downriver,” said Linting. “Now that the new legislative term has started, I am officially on the job, and I have a great team in place that is here to help. I want people to know that they can always reach out to ask questions, talk about the issues, or get help with the problems they’re facing so that we can work together on finding the solutions.”

Local residents can contact Rep. Linting by calling (517) 373-0478 or by emailing RyleeLinting@house.mi.gov. More information about the office, Rep. Linting, available resources, and up to date news on the top issues being worked on at the Capitol can also be found at www.RepLinting.com.
